Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

  • Special order products cannot be returned. Make sure the size you have ordered is accurate.
  • Custom sized products are currently shipping in approx. 3-1/2 to 4 weeks. Up to an additional 5 days of handling before shipping.
  • Standard sized products are currently shipping in 3 to 4 weeks. Up to an additional 5 days of handling before shipping.
  • If order is cancelled after 48 hours, there is a $7 cancellation fee.

(1) Shipping

  • Standard sized product shipping via Fed Ex Ground / Home is estimated to ship from manufacturer within 12-15 business days from date of order.
  • Standard sized products shipping via Fed Ex 2 day Delivery (option) is estimated to ship from manufacturer withing 5-10 business days from date of order.
  • *All custom sized products is estimated to ship from manufacturer (via Fed Ex Ground / Home) within 17-20 business days from date of order.

(Current lead times may be extended during periods of high demand)

Please note: as we are a vendor of the product, not a manufacturer, your order status will remain at “Awaiting Fulfillment” on our website until the order has shipped. At which time the status will change and you will receive an email with the Fed Ex tracking number.

  • We ship to: Continental / Lower 48 United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). We do not ship to Canada.
  • Shipping Services Used: Fed Ex Ground / Home Delivery with the option of Fed Ex 2 Day Delivery for standard sized product only.
  • Average Fed Ex ship time: Between 2 and 6 days.

(2) Shipping Damage

We must be notified of any shipping damage within 14 days of product receipt. To initiate a request, please contact us via email at: [email protected] or call us at 920-475-6565. Any product damaged during shipping and reported to us within that 14 days will be repaired or replaced (manufacturer's discretion) and will reship ASAP in the manner originally sent, at no charge.

We will work with our customer and the manufacturer to get shipping damage issues resolved as soon as possible.

(3) When Notifying Us of Shipping Damage:

Please reference order number as proof of purchase; also note, picture(s) of damage is required.

*** If notified after 14 days, any replacement of damaged parts / units and shipping WILL be chargeable. ***
