PVC Insulated Single Hung Windows
Manufactured by Northview Windows, the PVC Insulated Single Hung Windows are designed to be a cost effective, low maintenance utility single hung window. They are manufactured with high quality materials, with the frame and sash corners being fusion welded for strength and weather tightness.
The window has an operable lower sash with the top lite being glazed directly into the frame for superior air and water penetration and frame strength.
The operable sash has tilt latches on the meeting rail to allow the sash to tilt inward for easy cleaning and removal and a spring balance system to assist in operation of the sash. The meeting rail has a full interlock design with a hook latch lock for security and strength.
As standard, the window has 5/8" clear insulated glass with the option of HIGH PERFORMANCE (Low E coated) glass to meet many of today's stringent energy codes.
The sturdy main frame has a depth of 2-1/2" with a 1-1/8" nail flange on all four sides for new construction installations. In addition, the frame has an integral J-Channel to help with your installation costs.
An aluminum framed, fiberglass mesh half screen is included with each window.

Manufactured by Northview Windows, the PVC Non Insulated Single Hung Window has all of the features of an expensive insulated window with a much lower price tag. They are manufactured with high quality materials, with the frame and sash corners fusion welded for strength and weather tightness.
The window has an operable lower sash with the top lite being glazed directly into the frame for superior air and water penetration and frame strength.
The operable sash has tilt latches on the meeting rail to allow the sash to tilt inward for easy cleaning and removal and the meeting rail has a full interlock design with a hook latch lock for security and strength.
The window is manufactured with 1/8” single glazed / double strength glass to add extra durability.
The sturdy main frame has a depth of 2-1/2" with a 1-1/8" nail flange on all four sides for new construction installations. In addition, the frame has an integral J-Channel to help with your installation costs.
